About the Author

Suzanne Wetanson

Suzanne Wetanson began her writing career as a columnist for a local newspaper in Hewlett, Long Island, while raising her three children. Her early writing reflected a strong connection to real-life experiences and human relationships.

After moving to New York City, she wrote a memoir centered on her family’s pioneering experience with Invitro Fertilization. An intimate and personal narrative that shaped her voice as a writer. She later explored darker psychological territory in her fiction, including a thriller set in the competitive equestrian world, examining manipulation, identity, and emotional vulnerability.

What If… is a story she carried for years, rooted in real events from her life, giving it an authenticity that can be felt throughout the novel. Alongside writing, she is also an accomplished sculptor, working in bronze and stone, with exhibitions in Pietra Santa, Italy, and New York City.
